Founded by Principal Rachel Stikeleather, Creative Suitcase gets its name from Rachel’s two biggest loves: graphic design and world travel. She’s worked on three continents and traveled to over 25 countries, learning the cross-cultural aspects of great design. Rachel’s found influence in everything from Slovenian graffiti to Australian aboriginal art and believes that when you experience creativity it follows you everywhere.

August 2008 :: Our design for the Impact Salon business card was recently chosen as one of the top 24 Business Card Designs featured on Digg.

August 2008 :: Our client, Everyday Minerals, won a ’08 Natural Health Beauty Award from Natural Health Magazine. The product packaging we created for them has been featured in Cosmo and on The Tyra Banks Show.

July 2008 :: The Impact Salon business cards we designed are featured on the Polish Money Web site.

March 2008 :: Creative Suitcase will be speaking at the Texas State University Advertising Club on Wednesday, March 5th at 6:30pm.

January 2008 :: Creative Suitcase is the agency of record for Cotton Council International's 2008 Sourcing USA Summit.

December 2007 :: In honor of the holidays, we purchased sheep from Oxfam America in the names of our clients and friends. Families in impoverished countries will be able to use their wool for warmth and generate an income selling the extra for textiles.

December 2007 :: Creative Suitcase adds the University of Texas at Austin School of Law (brochure design and bulletin) to it's growing list of clients.

November 2007 :: We moved into a 1938 Hyde Park bungalow at 1012 E. 38 1/2 St in Austin. We've have a bit more space and are ready for action in our new home. View photos here.

October 2007 :: Creative Suitcase will be attending the Travel Industry of America's Marketing Outlook Forum in Charlotte, NC from October 22 - 25.
